figs stuffed with parmesan and wrapped in bacon
pork wrapped in bacon, maple-mustard pan sauce
spiced roasted sweet potatoes
arugula, shaved parmesan and fennel salad
strawberries
bethany and i may also be hosting a "wrapped in bacon" potluck in the near future - lets get creative, people!

did you dip the strawberries in bacon fat?
You know what tastes good? When you rub bacon fat on potato wedges then add spices. It's so good.
